All engagements are fixed-price after the scoping call. The ranges below give you an order of magnitude. The proposal sends the actual number for your scope.

What is in the price
- The principal's time, end to end. No project manager layer, no analyst pyramid markup.
- Methodology design, data acquisition coordination, estimation, robustness, writing, audit.
- Replication package: code, data, pinned versions.
- Memo plus dashboard plus readout call plus two follow-up sessions.
What is not in the price
- Third-party data licenses with separate per-seat costs (S&P, ICE, SemiAnalysis, Bloomberg). Quoted at cost.
- Hosting fees if the engagement deploys a dashboard on client infrastructure outside the consultancy's stack.
- Travel beyond the readout call, billed at cost with prior agreement.
Payment terms
Fifty percent on signature, fifty percent on delivery. Net thirty for institutional clients with established procurement. Wire or ACH. International invoicing supported.
What we will not do
- Free pitches, free POCs, or free deliverables in exchange for "potential" future work.
- Hourly billing on bespoke study work. The principal works to a fixed scope, not a clock.
- Discounts in exchange for testimonials or logo rights.
