Build
Weekly written progress updates. Interim data drops. One midpoint review on the calendar. No waterfall surprises. Deliverables tracked against pre-analysis plan and SOW milestones.
Ship
Memo, dashboard, replication package, readout call. Two follow-up sessions included over the next quarter. Optional support retainer for downstream work.

Scoped, fixed-price research on a single decision. Memo, dashboard, replication package. Six to twelve weeks typical. Range: $50,000 to $400,000 depending on practice and scope.
Retainer
Monthly block of quantitative bench capacity. Rolling questions, recurring dashboards, board-prep support. $15,000 to $75,000 per month.
Platform license
Licensed access to TradeWeave, EconAI, or one of the observatory platforms for your in-house team. $3,000 to $15,000 per month per seat or per deployment.
Residency
