Live ping of every observatory's /api/health endpoint. Each row reports the HTTP status and elapsed time. Times are measured from this browser, so they include the ~50ms TLS round-trip to the OVH VPS.
All eight services run on a single OVH VPS, fronted by Nginx with Let's Encrypt TLS, supervised by systemd. Argus is currently behind a developer-only API auth layer, so its public health endpoint is intentionally locked down. The row pings the public root path instead.
